SOY Wellness Day 2025: Press Pause. Connect. Recharge.

As we near the end of another busy year, the deadlines, meetings, and to-do lists
can start to blur together. That’s why we took a well-deserved pause for a day to slow down, breathe, and remind ourselves that wellness isn’t just about ticking boxes, but about balance, connection, and joy.
We kicked off the day with a peaceful yoga and meditation session, focusing on
mindfulness and breathing, simple yet powerful ways to reset and
reconnect with ourselves and the team. Afterwards, the team swapped laptops for board games, laughter, and a shared lunch that brought everyone together in the best way possible.
We believe that well-being isn’t just physical; it’s mental and emotional. Taking care of all three helps us show up as our best selves, for our work and our teams. Year-end fatigue is real, and taking time to recharge isn’t a luxury; it’s essential.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined in, stretched a little, laughed a lot, and
embraced the pause. Here’s to carrying that same sense of mindfulness, balance,
and connection as we come to the end of the year.
