Signa Academy, with support from MICT SETA, recently held a beautiful graduation ceremony celebrating a cohort of learners who were selected by DIGITAL COUNCIL AFRICA and accepted into our fiber optic short programme.
Significantly, the program consisted of female participants who were actively training to become certified fiber optic technicians. This initiative holds great significance as it opens a market that has historically been male-dominated. By introducing and empowering women in this field, the graduation represents an open-minded step towards fostering gender inclusivity and acts as a catalyst for transformative change.
Congratulations to the women who have graduated, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors 🎓 ✨
