The new cohort of learners, named Liebherr, consists of 12 disabled women from disadvantaged backgrounds, around Bloemfontein. The learners are enrolled in a 12-month Business Administration NQF Level 3 learnership, which will begin with four months of theoretical instruction, followed by practical workplace experience for the remainder of the programme.

The learners have expressed their gratitude for the opportunity provided by Signa Academy, recognising the profound impact it will have not only on their own lives but also on their families.

Following the introductions, Mr. Kori Mosala presented the induction slides, explaining the organisation’s values and the significance of the "Power of One". Ms. Moiloa proceeded to lead a session on ETQA, ensuring that learners were aware of the quality standards required for their Portfolios of Evidence (POEs).

The group of learners was pleased to learn that they would receive a daily nutritious meal throughout the duration of the programme. Congratulations to the learner’s for taking a step towards a prosperous future.
