"Seize every opportunity with both hands, no matter how big or small it may look, because everything begins with humble beginnings," Elvis Kekana advises young people.
Elvis is an ambitious young man from Tembisa who learned about Signa Opportunity after completing an apprenticeship. Through the YES programme, he began his journey as an IT technician in 2017, gaining valuable workplace skills and experience.
"I thank Signa for positively contributing to my career and giving me the opportunity to apply my skills and abilities," he says. Elvis adds that he is grateful to Signa Opportunity and his sponsor DBSA for believing in him and giving him the opportunity to participate in the programme.
Elvis explains that he plans to pass on the #Power of One by helping young people learn more about the skills offered at Signa Opportunity and become role models through hard work and dedication.
